Deed Report contains:
- Last Deed information with typed legal and vesting.
Along with this the complete Tax report of the property for the specified financial years, chain of title from the origination of the database.
Provide relevant images for the support of the information.
Deed image in support of legal description and last owner of record.
All documents with complete notes specifying the important information about the document are attached.
If the information is incomplete we do call the county office or registrar or the owner to procure the complete property information.
The searches are delivered electronically through XML, HTML or any document format to the client.
