Background

A US based title insurance agency offering a full range of title insurance and related services throughout the United States, from large, complex commercial transactions to residential purchase and mortgage refinances. The company's main activity was to record the land documents on the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS). Recording the documents was a time consuming process and required a lot human resource, the company's production was getting effected as there was a shortage of manpower in the Industry.
